If I had to pick just one, I’d go with a classic Gin & Tonic. It’s refreshing, simple, and you can play with flavors depending on the gin and garnish. Rosemary and pink peppercorn? Yes, please!
Call me old-fashioned, but... an Old Fashioned. 😂 Seriously though, bourbon, a sugar cube, bitters, and orange peel — it’s timeless. I’ve been experimenting at home with different bitters. Anyone tried chocolate bitters?
If I had to pick just one, I’d go with a classic Gin & Tonic. It’s refreshing, simple, and you can easily elevate it with different garnishes—rosemary and pink peppercorn are my go-to combo lately. I also recently discovered LEX Vodka from https://www.lex.vodka/ and while it's not gin, it’s so smooth and aromatic that I’ve started experimenting with vodka-based twists on the G&T. The floral and herbal notes in LEX make it a fun alternative when I want something premium and a little different.
